he latest edition to 312 Seaton is the chic and tranquil one bedroom apartment. Your home away from home, this individual suite is fully furnished, with it's own private entrance. It has fashionable exposed brick walls in three rooms and overlooks the spacious garden patio at ground level. Kitchen, open dining and living rooms are also at garden view level. Bedroom and bathroom are a level below and steps from each other
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, glassware, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, microwave and modern dishwasher for your tidy kitchen. We provide convenient items such as coffee/tea and spices. In the dining and living rooms you will enjoy a sofa bed, love seat, with TV and DVD player, computer with high speed internet access (bring your laptop and plug into our HS internet connection), stereo/cd/cassette player and a dining suite that seats six. The bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed, full size dresser with mirror, and a large closet. Get comfortable with TV and DVD player. The four piece bathroom is located right beside the bedroom. Prices do not include breakfast, however arrangements can be made to include breakfast in the B&B dining room for an additional charge. All prices include applicable taxes and parking if required. Cleaning services are provided on a weekly basis.            |
