DIRECTIONS:
If arriving by air, the easiest way is by airport limousine which costs approximately $35 - $45 Canadian. This is the best and least expensive way if there are two or more persons in your party. Otherwise, the Airport Express bus service runs every 20 minutes from all terminals and will take you to the Delta Chelsea hotel on Gerrard St. West for a cost of approximately $12.50. 312 Seaton is a 15 minute walk from the Delta Chelsea or about a $5.00 taxi ride.

From Union Station (Toronto’s Train Station) you can either take a taxi, approximately $10.00 fare or you may wish to take Toronto’s public transit system, the TTC. If you choose to take the TTC look for the Subway signs and take the subway north (don’t forget to take a transfer) heading to the College Street subway stop. When you get off at the College Street stop you will head up to the South West corner of College and Yonge Streets where you would catch a street car going east. You would get off the street car at Sherbourne Street and walk one block east to Seaton Street and then head south to 312.

If you are entering Toronto via the Gardener Expressway which is an extension of the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) you take the Jarvis Street exit and turn left heading north. You travel north on Jarvis Street until you come to Gerrard Street East at which time you turn right. Heading east, after you pass Sherbourne Street (which is the first traffic light) your will see Seaton Street on your north side (left side) of the street and turn left and look for 312.

From Highway 401 take the Don Valley Parkway south and then exit at the Bloor St. exit. You will take a right on to Bloor Street, and then the first left which will be Parliament Street heading south. Go to Gerrard Street East and turn right and proceed to Seaton Street which is two streets after the traffic lights, and then turn right.
